Apartment Tour
University Heights Apartments are available to BSU students. The 16-unit, 56-bed apartment building is located on Bemidji Avenue NW, directly across from BSU athletic practice fields and the John Glas Fieldhouse. Opened in August 2016, the four-story structure was built and is owned and managed by JT Properties, LLC of Bemidji.
University Heights enjoy comfort, convenience and privacy. The fully furnished apartments have private bedrooms, a walk-in closet and a wide range of amenities included at no additional cost. Check it out! Students may join with friends to lease all the bedrooms in an apartment or make new friends by leasing a single bedroom in an apartment shared by others.
